Professional email, shared documents, and accounts your organization can manage through staff and board changes. SmartNPro helps nonprofits in Silver City and across New Mexico set up Google Workspace for Nonprofits and resolve stalled activations.
Help from application to working email
We review your organization’s current email, domain, and Google account status, then identify the steps needed for a working setup. If you have already applied and hit an error, we start with that account and its history.
What the service can cover
Application and activation support. Help identifying eligibility requirements, preparing the domain and website information, submitting Workspace activation, and coordinating technical information for support cases.
Existing-account problems. Help investigating domain conflicts, missing administrator access, and the difference between nonprofit approval and product activation.
Domain and email configuration. Domain verification, planned mail routing, users, aliases, groups, and email authentication.
Email migration. Moving agreed historical mail from the current provider, reviewing migration results, and retaining access to originals while the work is checked.
Shared files and handoff. A structure for organizational files and permissions, delivery tests, and instructions for the people who will manage the accounts.
Your existing email needs a plan
Before changing delivery, we confirm the addresses people use, forwarding rules, website forms, and any mail that needs to be retained. The scope and timing depend on the existing system. Migration, training, and ongoing administration are quoted according to the work required.
What is free, and what does SmartNPro charge for?
Google offers the Workspace for Nonprofits edition at no subscription charge to eligible, approved organizations. SmartNPro charges separately for setup and technical support. Domain registration, hosting, and optional paid Google editions are separate. Compare Google’s current nonprofit offers.
Send your organization’s website, current email provider, approximate number of users, and any error message you are seeing. We will review the requirements and provide a quote. Google controls eligibility, account recovery decisions, and activation review times.
